Mr. Parkes has been in the specialty contracting business for over 36 years. He has worn all hats from estimating and project management to chief company executive throughout New England and upstate New York. His experience included both insulation and mechanical contracting. Mr. Parkes is a graduate of Syracuse University and SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry. Ed is a recent addition to the Axion team and his focus will be on the Foot Print Power station project in Salem MA.
